Infection Prevention & Inservice Education Staff at Bay County Medical Care Facility

Our Infection Prevention staff are here to assure that Bay County Medical Care Facility follows all guidelines regarding infectious disease. These 3 nurses also are tasked with educating our staff on all the latest techniques and preventative measures. When required, these nurses report infectious diseases to the correct authorities.

Our Inservice Education departmant has the challenge of ensuring that our staff has the highest level of skill to perform confidently in the ever-changing healthcare field. The Inservice Education nurses hold a yearly week-long skills fair for both nurses and CNAs as well as monthly inservice education on various important topics.
